Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date.
Requests made after 90 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
To request a refund, you must email support@cellvalongevityshop.com within 90 days of receiving your order.
Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 90 day window from the confirmed delivery date.
How to Request a Refund
Simply follow these steps:
Let us know by emailing support@cellvalongevityshop.com that you would like a refund and which item you would like to return. Please include your full name and order number for faster processing.
Our support team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with instructions on the next steps.
Once your request is approved, you may receive a return number that must be included inside the returned package. Returns sent without following the provided instructions may not be processed.
Refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days after approval, although we do not guarantee that refunds will be processed within this exact time period.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase. Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non Eligible Refunds
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Refund requests submitted outside of the 90 day guarantee period.
Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 90 day window.
Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the 90 day period has passed.
Requests made outside the stated policy terms.
Shipping and handling fees.
No exceptions are made beyond the 90 Day Money Back Guarantee.
To prevent abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request from any customer who has exhibited a pattern of repetitive refunds. We define a pattern of repetitive refunds as requesting more than two refunds within a 12 month period.
Subscriptions
If your order includes a subscription, it is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 90 day guarantee period.
Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds.
Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their subscription before renewal. Failure to cancel before a renewal is processed does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@cellvalongevityshop.com.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you when the issue is verified. We may request photos of the damaged or defective product for verification purposes.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
